Registration Guidelines and Download

The overview document must be filled out when the game is submitted to the competition by April 14, 2025 at 11:59 PM PDT. Additional details will be announced on this page as needed, so keep listening here and on our Facebook/Twitter feeds. Submissions are now closed.

A "live gameplay" demo video is required from all finalists.

Tables: All on-site participants (including runners-up) will be eligible to staff tables in the room where presentations are taking place. Anyone who has submitted a game will be allowed to participate. Teams will be contacted prior to the event to ask if they are interested.

Game Rooms: All participants will be eligible to host "Game Rooms" during the judging for the event (starting at approximately 3:00 PDT on event day). Anyone who has submitted a game, including runners up, will be allowed to host a Discord room in which they can demonstrate their game and answer questions interactively with members of the audience. Teams will be contacted prior to the event to ask if they are interested in hosting a room. A list of active rooms will be available to all audience members and promoted prior to the judging time. If you wish to host a Game Room, please check the box on the second page of the Submission Form at the time you submit your game and provide a contact name plus email. We will reach out prior to the event to coordinate with you.

Note: due to facility insurance requirements, in-person attendance at this event is open only to individuals at least 18 years old. Younger individuals may still attend remotely.

The 2024 GameSIG competition opened for submissions on April 7, 2024 and will close on April 14, 2024
